Here is a detailed explanation of Barbara’s skills in Reverse 1999:

  • Troubled Sheep (Basic Skill 1): She debuffs two enemies by applying one stack of Sacred status. Additionally, she deals damage equal to 160%/240%/400% with one/two/three-star rank cards.
  • Chat on the Lawn (Basic Skill 2): She buffs allies by granting them a shield with HP equal to 120%/180%/300% of her attack with one/two/three-star rank cards. The shield remains active for two rounds.
  • Another Jump This Way (Ultimate Skill): She buffs herself by entering the Dream Visit status. Additionally, she grants Shield with HP equal to 250% of her attack for three rounds.

Barbara’s status effect explanation

  • Dream Visit: She can only cast Ultimate while under this status effect. The skill cards she generates automatically convert into one random card of other allies. Additionally, she gains one Moxie and one precast skill card, Counting Sheep.
  • Counting Sheep: Using this incantation won't cost Action Point (AP). It deducts one rank from the incantation in front of it and deducts one from the one behind it before the AP Area resolves.
  • Scared: It increases the enemy’s Mental Damage taken by 25% (removes one when triggered).
