Bellows of the Earth is the upcoming raid boss in version 2.1 of Reverse 1999 Mane’s Bulletin. Timekeepers first challenged the boss in version 1.8, Farewell, Rayashki. It will be available again in Mane’s Bulletin from December 23 to January 9, 2025, at 04:59 UTC-5. The raid boss comprises the main boss, T “Fury”, alongside three minions called Inhabitants. Three Inhabitants accompany Bellows of the Earth in Reverse 1999 Mane’s Bulletin. Each executes unique moves to damage the Arcanists. Provided below, are the specifics.

Bellows

Here are the details of Bellows’ skills and effects:

  • Crustal Vibrations (Effect): It grants two layers of Rancor at the round’s end (-1 after trigger). Rancor gives a 5% damage bonus that can stack up to five times. The move also grants a 10% Penetration Rate for every ally alive and triggers one Energy Explosion for every ally defeated. Energy Explosion is a mass attack that deals 50% Reality Damage to allies and additionally deals damage equal to 10% of its max HP.
  • Ley Coexistence (Effect): If there are fewer than four allies at the round’s end, Bellows sacrifices his HP to summon the corresponding number of monsters. He consumes 6% of his own HP to summon one monster.
  • Piling Strata (Effect): Bellows gain one stack of Buildup when attacked, gaining two if it is an active action. It triggers the Energy Explosion effect upon reaching 9 stacks.
  • Basic Skill 1: Bellows attacks one target, dealing 350% Reality Damage to the Arcanist with the highest attack. It also deals Genesis Damage equal to 2% of its HP.
  • Basic Skill 2: Bellows attacks one target, dealing 200% Reality Damage to two Arcanists. It also deals Genesis Damage equal to 2% of its HP.
  • Ultimate Skill: Bellows deals 150% Reality Damage to two Arcanists and additional Genesis Damage equal to 2% of its HP.

Inhabitants

All Inhabitants have the same skill and effects. Here are the details:

  • Return to the Hotbed (Effect): It grants two layers of Buildup when defeated.
  • Stratum Silt (Effect): It grants one stack of Buildup when attacked and gains two if the attack is an active one. Stratum Silt triggers one Energy Explosion upon reaching nine stacks.
  • Basic Skill 1: They deal 150% Reality Damage to one Arcanist with the highest HP. Additionally, they inflict Genesis Damage equal to 8% of the target’s current HP.

Arcanists also receive some buffs and debuffs, called Field Hazards, when fighting against Bellows of the Earth in Reverse 1999. Here are the details:

  • Whenever an ally gets attacked, their Damage Taken Reduction decreases by 5% for that turn (can stack up to 5 times).
  • The allies gain a 1% Damage Bonus (can stack up to 20 times) every time they defeat an enemy. At 10 stacks, the allies also gain a 10% Penetration Rate.
  • The allies' Mass Attacks receive a 30% Damage Bonus and a 10% Leech Rate.
