White Rum is a 4-star arcanist Bluepoch introduced in the Reverse 1999 version 2.2 update. She is a free character, and Timekeepers can obtain her from the White Rum's Travelogue game mode as a reward. Moreover, Timekeepers can get five Artifices from the game mode and upgrade this Intelligence arcanist to the Portray level 5 (P5).

White Rum deals Reality damage, applies the Daze effect, shifts position during battle to get various effects, and generates Moxie. The arcanist can also cast her Port Side Barrage (Basic Skill 1) at the start of every round.

Here is a look at White Rum’s skills in Reverse 1999:

• Port Side Barrage (Basic Skill 1): She deals 80%/120%/200% damage to all enemies with one/two/three-rank cards. The arcanist shifts a position backward after casting the skill.
• Prepare to Board (Basic Skill 2): She enters the Boarding Assault self-channeling status. If she is already channeling, she gains one Moxie.
• Boundless Sea, Limitless Sky (Ultimate Skill): She can cast this skill only while in the Boarding Assault status. The arcanist shifts to the foremost, dealing 200% damage and applying the Daze effect on all enemies for one round. She gains a 15% damage dealt buff, for every position shifted while casting this skill. If she has moved three positions to come to the foremost, she ignores 50% Daze resistance.

White Rum's status effects

• Boarding Assault: She automatically casts Port Sea Barrage at the start of every round. The card’s rank is based on the rank of Prepare to Board Timekeepers used to enter the Boarding Assault channel. If one starts channeling with a two-rank Prepare to Board card, she casts two-rank Port Sea Barrage.
• Daze: The enemies under this status effect can’t act.
