In an absolutely enthralling race, Jorge Lorenzo clinched his third Moto GP title after winning the Valencia Moto GP on Sunday. But more importantly, Valentino Rossi finished in fourth place after starting the race in 25th place and that meant that Spaniard won his third title.
Lorenzo finished the race with a timing of 35:10.661 with Marc Marquez finishing in second place followed by Daniel Pedrosa in third. It was an incredible effort from Rossi, who clawed his way back after starting at the 25th position and battled his way through every rider, but couldn't quite get the final push and had to settle for the second place in the standings.
