NASCAR has given drivers like Kyle Busch and his family the opportunity to set up charitable foundations and give a part back to their community through what they accomplish by racing. While the idea resonates with multiple drivers on the grid, there are some who have successfully managed to gather the most from it and help people.

With millions of people affected around the world by various issues, these drivers and their families have helped work for the cause directly or indirectly. Some of them have touched upon issues that were previously not talked about and raised them to great levels of awareness.

While there are many NASCAR drivers who stepped up to form charitable foundations, some of them stood out from others. Here are three drivers who run such foundations with their families, helping the underprivileged sections of the society:

#1 Samantha and Kyle Busch Bundle of Joy Fund

Samantha Busch has been raising awareness about In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) babies. She is a mother of two kids, both of which were born through the IVF method. After realizing the lack of awareness and the expenses that families have to bear, she started the Bundle of Joy Fund with her husband.

The Foundation seeks to provide funds to families who are unable to conceive and require the IVF Method. As of now, they have raised more than $1.7 million in funds through 131 grants. Their website also claims that 97 babies have been born with their help so far.

#2 Jimmie Johnson Foundation

The Jimmie Johnson Foundation, run by the seven-time NASCAR Cup Series champion and his wife Chandra Johnson, is dedicated to helping children, families, and communities in need. According to their website, they have made over 6 million contributions until now. They also host an annual golf tournament which raises money for K-12 public education. In 2009, the Foundation raised $1.5 million for the Education Champions Grants program, one of their biggest projects.

#3 The Joey Logano Foundation

Joey Logano is a prominent name in the Cup Series. With over 30 wins in the competition and two championships, Logano has gained a huge fan following. At the same time, he runs the Joey Logano Foundation.

The Foundation helps children and young adults by investing in other organizations. So far, they have invested over $5 million in organizations, and claim to have positively impacted the lives of more than 250,000 children.
