Roger Penske-owned Team Penske is one of the top NASCAR teams. The Mooresville, North Carolina-based team fields Ford Mustangs in the NASCAR Cup Series and has won seven drivers' championships and 230 races in both the Cup and Xfinity Series. Team Penske has also won three consecutive Cup titles since 2022.

The team debuted in the Cup Series in 1972 and has gone through several name changes, including Penske Racing South, Penske-Kranefuss Racing, and Penske-Jasper Racing, over the years. Here are three of the longest-serving NASCAR Cup Series drivers at Team Penske.

#1 Joey Logano (12 seasons)

Three-time Cup Series champion Joey Logano replaced Sam Hornish Jr. in the No. 22 car at Team Penske in 2013.

He quickly became a standout and won five races in his second season with the team. Logano has had 34 of his 36 career Cup Series wins with the team and all of his NASCAR Cup Series championships (2018, 2022, 2024).

Logano, 34, now the only active driver and one of 10 drivers in history to win three or more titles, will compete in his 13th full-time season with Penske this year.

#2 Brad Keselowski (11 seasons)

Brad Keselowski raced for Team Penske for 11 full-time seasons between 2010 and 2021. He debuted in the team's No. 12 Dodge in 2009 and competed full-time in the following year. The Michigan native then shifted to the No. 2 Ford in 2012 and drove it till the end of his tenure with Penske.

Keselowski won more than 60 races and became a Cup Series champion in 2012. He also won the 2010 Xfinity Series title and became one of only six drivers to win a championship in both Cup and Xfinity.

Keselowski left Penske to become a driver-owner at RFK Racing in 2022.

#3 Rusty Wallace (14 seasons)

Lastly, Rusty Wallace had the longest career at Team Penske with 14 full-time seasons from 1991 to 2005 in the No.2 car. Wallace also started his NASCAR career with Roger Penske with two starts in 1980.

The 1989 NASCAR Cup Series Champion, Wallace won 37 of his 55 Cup races with Penske. He switched from Pontiac to Ford in 1994 and eventually to Dodge in 2002. Wallace talked about the black-and-gold "Midnight" car, which won 13 races and finished in the top five 30 times in 38 races between 1993 and 1994, and said:

"We built this amazing chassis that was 100-percent legal that just outperformed the rest. The car always handled great, I was able to lead a s—load of laps and run up front all the time with that car. So much so that the car got famous among the race fans. (via Speed Sport).

Wallace retired after the 2005 season.
