NASCAR legend Jeff Gordon remains one of the greatest drivers to have ever graced the NASCAR race track. The Hendrick Motorsports Vice Chairman won the Cup Series title four times across his career, and played a pivotal role in the marketization of the sport.

Such accolades brought Gordon considerable wealth. The 52-year-old is worth $200 million (according to Celebrity Net Worth) at the time of writing, courtesy of his racing craft and his business ventures beyond the sport.

In this article, we take a look at some of the most expensive things owned by Jeff Gordon over the course of his career.

1. Private Jet

Among Gordon's impressive assets is a Hawker 800 private jet, purchased in 2006. This high-end aircraft, valued at around $12 million, underscores his elite status within the sport. The jet, registered as N24JG (a nod to his car number and initials), can accommodate 13 passengers plus crew. It boasts a range of 2,300 miles and a cruising speed of 524 miles per hour, providing Gordon with a swift and luxurious mode of travel.

2. Yacht

In 2007, while still actively racing for Hendrick Motorsports, Gordon added a luxurious yacht to his collection. The 106-foot vessel, built by Lazzara and named "24 Karat," is a standout among his possessions. The yacht features three staterooms that can host up to six guests, managed by a professional crew of four. Powered by two Detroit Diesel engines generating 3,600 horsepower, the yacht can reach a top speed of 28 knots and comfortably cruise at 23 knots.

3. Winery

Beyond racing and luxury motor vehicles, Gordon has ventured into the world of winemaking. The four-time Cup Series champion and his wife established Gordon Estate in the Columbia Valley of Washington State in 1980. The winery has grown into a successful enterprise, making it one of Jeff Gordon's most prestigious ventures.

4. Lake Norman Mansion

One of Jeff Gordon's former homes is a stunning mansion on Lake Norman, North Carolina. This property exemplifies luxury living, featuring a main living area with 12-foot ceilings and marble-accented bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with Thermador appliances and a $10,000 backsplash, adding to the home's opulent feel.

Spanning 5,781 square feet, the mansion includes five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a four-car garage. Additional interior features include an open floor plan, hardwood floors, a fireplace, built-in shelving, and spacious walk-in closets. Gordon sold this mansion in 2003 for $13.3 million, according to Mansion Global.

5. Hendrick Motorsports

In addition to his illustrious driving career, Jeff Gordon's business acumen is evident in his role at Hendrick Motorsports. In October 1999, he became an equity owner in the organization, further solidifying his influence within NASCAR. He serves as the team's Vice Chairman.
