Justin Myrl Algaier is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes full-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 7 Chevrolet Camaro for JR Motorsports and also drives in the NASCAR Cup Series as a substitute driver for Hendrick Motorsports. Allgaier is best known for his championship win in the 2008 ARCA Re/Max Series and was also awarded the 2009 NASCAR Nationwide Series Rookie of the Year accolade.
Allgaier has also been the 2018 NASCAR Xfinity Series Regular Season Champion and the All-time NASCAR Xfinity Series top tens leader. With 469 races over 15 years, Allgaier’s consistent performance has led him to be awarded the NASCAR Xfinity Series Most Popular Driver four times- 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2023.

Allgaier was signed as a driver to Penske Racing to drive four races in the team’s No. 12 Dodge in the NASCAR Nationwide Series, now known as the NASCAR Xfinity Series. He debuted in the Xfinity Series in 2008 at the Dollar General 300, Charlotte. Allgaier has won 25 races in the Xfinity Series with a whopping 280 top 10s and 10 pole positions out of 269 races. He made his ARCA Menards Series debut in 2002 and has eight wins, 46 top tens, and two poles out of 87 races over eight years.
Allgaier also debuted in the NASCAR Cup Series in 2013 at the GEICO 400, Chicagoland, finishing 27th, driving the No. 51 Chevrolet for Phoenix Racing. He has only one top-10 finish in the Cup Series out of 82 races over eight years. Currently, he stands at fifth position in overall drivers' standings in the Xfinity Series with just the final championship race to go at the Phoenix Raceway. Allgaier has just two wins in the 2024 Xfinity Series season with JR Motorsports.
