Last 5 NASCAR Cup Series winners at the upcoming New Hampshire race

After an eventful race at Iowa, NASCAR moves to New Hampshire, Loudon, for the 18th race of the season. The 1.058-mile New Hampshire Motor Speedway is all geared up to host the USA Today 301 on June 22-23.

A total of 36 drivers will take part in this weekend's 301-lap race. Interestingly, three Joe Gibbs Racing drivers- Martin Truex Jr., Denny Hamlin, and Christopher Bell are reportedly firm favorites to win the race. As Truex Jr. and Co. prepare themselves for the important battle, let us take a look at the last five winners of this racetrack.

2023: Crayon 301

Martin Truex Jr won the 2023 Crayon 301 race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. The Joe Gibbs Racing driver claimed the win ahead of Joe Logano of Team Penske and Kyle Larson of Hendrick Motorsports.

Truex missed out on the pole position to Christopher Bell by a whisker. However, that could not stop the JGR driver from leading most [254] laps and snatching the victory on July 17, 2023.

2022: Ambetter 301

Christopher Bell won the 2022 Ambetter 301 after starting the race from fifth position. The JGR driver denied victory to Hendrick Motorsports' Chase Elliott and 23XI Racing's Bubba Wallacel.

The race was held at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on July 17, 2022, and it was the 20th race of the season.

2021: Foxwoods Resort Casino 301

Aric Almirola won the 2021 New Hampshire race at Loudon. The Stewart-Haas Racing driver claimed the 2021 Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 win ahead of Christopher Bell of Joe Gibbs Racing and Brad Keselowski of Team Penske.

It was Almirola's third win of his Cup career, and first on a non-superspeedway. This race was the 22nd race of the 2021 season and was held on July 18, 2021.

2020: Foxwoods Resort Casino 301

Brad Keselowski won the 2020 New Hampshire race on August 2, 2020. It was originally scheduled for July 19, however, the COVID-19 pandemic forced the authorities to postpone the date.

Keselowski of Team Penske won the 2020 Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 ahead of Joe Gibbs Racing's duo Denny Hamlin and Martin Truex Jr.

2019: Foxwoods Resort Casino 301

Kevin Harvick won the 2019 New Hampshire race held at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on July 19, 2021. It was the 20th race of the 2019 NASCAR Monster Energy Cup Series championship and had 301 laps of contest.

Harvick won the 2019 Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 race ahead of Joe Gibbs Racing's duo Denny Hamlin and Erik Jones.
