Dale Earnhardt Jr. is all set to participate in next year's zMAX CARS Tour division in April. After the news broke out on Monday, Earnhardt Jr. shared it from his official social media to confirm it and let his feelings known about his 2025 schedule.
Cordele Motor Speedway from Cordele, Georgia, shared the news of welcoming the former NASCAR driver in April for the zMAX CARS Tour division's inaugural race. They took to their official X account to share the update.
"Cordele Motor Speedway set to welcome Dale Earnhardt Jr. and both zMAX CARS Tour divisions for inaugural race on April 12," the track's official X account wrote.
Quote-tweeting the X post, Earnhardt Jr. shared his thoughts and welcomed the invitation,
"Thrilled to add @CordeleSpeedway to the short list of events I’ll be racing in 2025."
After retiring from NASCAR, Dale Earnhardt Jr., who has a net worth of $300 million (as per Celebrity Net Worth), often takes part in various racing disciplines — from Late Model series, CARS Tour Window World, to iRacing MOONCAR.
As things stand, he will participate in next year's zMAX CARS Tour division to add another feather to his already illustrated cap. A 15-time winner of NASCAR's Most Popular Driver award, Dale Jr. retired from full-time NASCAR obligation at the end of 2017.
He raced his final full-time race in the 2017 Cup Series season with Hendrick Motorsports in the 2017 Ford EcoBoost 400 at Homestead-Miami. Following which, he was involved in racing, but under part-time obligation.
The son of seven-time Cup Series champion, Dale Earnhardt kept his interest in racing, in both NASCAR and races away from the stock cars. His most recent NASCAR outing was the 2024 Food City at Bristol Motor Speedway in Bristol, Tennessee, for his team, JR Motorsports.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. revealed his ride for zMAX CARS Tour race in 2025
Taking to his official X account, Dale Earnhardt Jr. shared his official ride in the zMAX CARS Tour division's inaugural race next year.
According to his post, Dale Jr. will drive the Yellow and white with a tint of #8 BassProShops Chevrolet.
"New year, new car. @BassProShops Chevy is headed to Georgia in April. Excited to have the chance to take the @zmaxraceproduc1 @CARSTour to @CordeleSpeedway," wrote the former NASCAR driver.
In his illustrious NASCAR career, Dale Earnhardt Jr. participated in 631 Cup Series races in over 19 years, where he claimed 26 race wins, 15 pole positions, and 260 Top 10s. In the Xfinity Series, he took part in 147 races in over 28 races, with 24 race wins, 10 pole positions, and 96 Top 10s to his name.
