Tara Allmendinger reacted to her husband AJ Allmendinger's Lamborghini prank on social media. She shared a post earlier where the latter seemingly gifted her a Lamborghini that she had wanted for a long time.
While it seemed to be extremely genuine at first as he took her down to their garage, it soon turned out to be a gag as their door opened. Surprisingly, it did reveal a Lamborghini, but it was a remote-controlled car for kids to sit inside and drive around. However, that did not stop Tara from trying it out herself.
Reacting to the prank, she posted it on her story, writing:
"I'm the car person. It's me😂"
Kaulig Racing driver AJ Allmendinger staged the prank well and was also a surprise for their kid Aero, as he fits perfectly in the car as can be seen in the video. But Tara was also part of the fun. There could be a follow-up video on this soon, as the video added a little "to be continued" note at the end.
AJ Allmendinger and Tara safe from Hurricane Helene, she reveals on Instagram story
Hurricane Helene has turned out to be one of the most devastating storms in recent times. It has so far claimed over two hundred lives and the search and rescue operation is still on.
Amidst the dangerous situation, Tara Allmendinger shared the update in which she stated that she, along with her husband, and their kid were safe from the storm. Speaking on her Instagram story, she revealed that she was safe with her family in Denver and they lost power for some time.
"Hey everybody! We are all good here in Denver, North Carolina. Thanks for checking on us. We didn't have internet for a while. We lost power for just a little bit very fortunate, really, honestly, all the works that we have here, just some branches down some trees and in my yard, some sticks and branches. Very, very, very, very fortunate. But our friends in the West, not so fortunate."
She also mentioned that she was getting milk for her baby as baby formula was not working well for Aero.
"So we're gonna get some supplies together tomorrow. Got a bunch of breast milk. I think I have found a place that's taking breast milk. I know they can use baby formula, but if anybody's kids like my kid, my kid did not do well on formula. So hopefully that'll work out. But we're praying for everybody," Tara said.
The hurricane has made the NASCAR community active in helping the people. The Joey Logano Foundation is prepared to donate $250,000 for relief efforts.
