Kyle Busch's wife Samantha shared the recipe for a protein-packed quick and easy meal that can be used in a variety of foods. She claimed that the recipe takes around five minutes to prepare.
Samantha Busch has grown a major audience on Instagram with almost 250k followers. Her posts often include life tips and hacks, and she recently shared a recipe. It was prepared with avocado, eggs, tuna, and cucumbers. She mentioned that this was a great source of protein and was easy to prepare.
"Kickstart your New Year with this 5-minute high-protein meal that’s as easy as it is versatile! 💪 Whether you’re focused on building muscle, eating more real foods, or just staying on track, this recipe works for you," she wrote under her post.
She then mentioned a couple of different ways the mix can be consumed, although she ate it straight out of the bowl in the video.
"Serve it your way: on sourdough, in a lettuce wrap, rolled in a tortilla, or paired with crackers. The options are endless—and delicious! 😋"
A majority of Samantha Busch's posts include her children Brexton and Lennix. Her son is just nine and has ventured into racing, following in his father Kyle Busch's footsteps.
Brexton's cheeky dig on his father Kyle Busch's racing tips
Brexton has a huge advantage as two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch is there to help him out at any point of his racing career and also guide and give him better racing tips.
However, Brexton seems to have his way around his father. Prior to the Tulsa Shootout, he mentioned in an interview that he sometimes helps his father when he doesn't drive too well.
"Sometimes, whenever he doesn't do too good, I tell him how to race," Brexton said (at 1:44). "Sometimes, whenever I don't do too good, he gives me some tips."
Responding to this, Busch mentioned that it can be fun sometimes to get insights about his racing from his son.
"It's good. It's fun. There was a race this year when where he was like, 'You got to run the bottom,' and of course, I went to the top and tried to make something happen because everyone was stuck at the bottom. He came in afterward and said, 'I told you, you have to stay at the bottom,'" Kyle Busch said (at 1:59).
Kyle Busch had a tough run in the 2024 NASCAR season with Richard Childress Racing. He did not win any races in the Cup Series, breaking a 19-year streak. He will return in 2025 with the same team.
