23XI Racing driver Bubba Wallace and his wife Amanda are enjoying quality time with their newborn son in the off-season. The trio went on a trip to New York City to celebrate Christmas with their son and make some memorable memories.
Wallace and his wife have known each other since their high school days, and after dating for six years, they got married in 2022. Two years later, in September 2024, they introduced their first baby boy and named him Becks Hayden.
Wallace recently shared an X post with his wife and son. The trio began their trip with a Chinese meal and then saw the Rockettes' performance. They then wandered on the streets of New York City before having their dinner. They decided to do something different for the holiday and had an omakase sushi dinner.
Bubba Wallace captioned the precious moments with family:
"Merry Christmas!!!! Becks’ first trip from NYC! We're sure he will remember all of it!"
The couple wrapped up their day watching The Grinch, and Amanda hilariously highlighted:
"Becks slept through most of it though, except at night 😴😴😴"
The one-way trip to New York from North Carolina is around 510 miles and takes eight hours to reach the destination, and traveling with a two-month-old is not a piece of cake. The couple reflected on the same after attending former NASCAR Cup Series champion Ryan Blaney's wedding.
Bubba Wallace's wife, Amanda, demonstrated the challenges faced while traveling with a newborn baby
Denny Hamlin's co-owned team driver Bubba Wallace and his wife, Amanda, attended his friend Ryan Blaney's wedding on December 12, 2024. Blaney got married to his long-time girlfriend, Gianna Tulio, and tied the knot at Hotel Jerome, Aspen, Colorado.
The Wallace family joined the happy couple a day before their wedding. After attending the wedding, Amanda shared a screenshot of her recovery rate during their time at the wedding and compared it to the day spent at home.
The recovery rate had a significant improvement with just spending one day at home. Bubba Wallace and his wife traveled 1,800 miles from their hometown in North Carolina to attend the wedding in Aspen, Colo. The one-way trip to the destination takes up to one day to reach, and reflecting on the long restless trip, Amanda wrote:
"Traveling with a newborn 😂😂😂 one night at home and I'm almost back to feeling human Lolol"
Wallace and his wife also enjoyed a night out for the first time in a long time since the birth of their son, Becks Hayden, on September 29, 2024. Amanda went out with Tulio's friends and donned a pink top. Meanwhile, Wallace was out with Blaney and his friends drinking a 12-year-old whiskey to celebrate the big day.
