NASCAR driver Austin Dillon's wife, Whitney Dillon, took to her social media to share her feelings about the Los Angeles wildfires that are continuing to burn. She also shared a post regarding the resources available to the residents of the state of California, who are being affected by the fires.
Taking to her Instagram on January 10, she shared a post orginally made by the Los Angeles Times on her stories, also adding the caption:
"Beyond devastating. Praying for everyone affected by the fires."
Whitney and her husband, Austin live in Thomasville, North Carolina which is unaffected by the wildfires, but they did enounter a winter storm this past week.
Austin and the former Tennessee Titans NFL team cheerleader have been married since 2017, two years after they initially got together. They also have two children together, Ace RC Dillion, born in June 2020, and their daughter, Blaize Austin, who was born in June 2023.
Austin Dillon met his now wife during his second season with his grandfather's racing organization, Richard Childress Racing. He has been the team's #3 driver for 11 years now, and has secured five wins, along with 23 top fives and 80 top 10s. He has also scored a championship title in the Xfinity Series and the Truck Series with the Lexington, NC-based team.

The five-time NASCAR race winner's wife shared a look at a road that was completely covered in snow through a picture she took from inside a car. The car's windshield was also covered with water droplets, possibly from melted snow.
She shared the picture to her instagram stories to her 212K followers on January 10 with an indication of the temperature as well:
"26ºF"
Austin Dillon finished his 2024 season in 32nd place. This was his lowest finishing points standing since he started full-time in the Cup Series. Dillon achieved one win this past year, at the Richmond Raceway at the Cook Out 400. His win came at the cost of contact with eventual champion Joey Logano and Joe Gibbs Racing's Denny Hamlin during the final lap of the race.
While the win went on his record, his spot in the playoffs was taken away by NASCAR. This was also Austin Dillon's only win in the last two seasons.
The 34-year-old driver finished his 11th season with RCR adding one top fives and five top 10s to his record.
