Recently, an entrepreneur shared a hilarious post on his X account about a person discussing racing during an early morning flight which caught the attention of the co-owner of RFK Racing, Brad Keselowski. The Cup Series driver jokingly reacted to the post by resharing it on his account.
The post highlighted the traits of a tough negotiator and featured a guy wearing slightly oversized clothes, an old-school Rolex watch, blue jeans and brown loafers. He took an early morning flight, attended four calls before the take-off at 6:30 AM, and continuously talked about racing for an hour.
The entrepreneur mentioned that the guy looked like a tough negotiator and captioned the post:
"If this guy is across the negotiating table from you, you’re in trouble."
Being a Cup Series driver, this caught the attention of the RFK Racing driver Brad Keselowski, who was impressed by the guy's intimidating focus, as he talked about racing for an hour straight, showing his enthusiasm for the motorsports world.
"My hero," wrote Keselowski.
Brad Keselowski has led RFK Racing to new heights since joining the organization in 2022, as a co-owner and Cup Series driver. Jordan Bianchi, an analyst for The Athletic, also believes that RFK is on an upward path, having showcased a lot of improvement under Keselowski's leadership. Recently, Keselowski gave his verdict on RFK's expansion for the 2025 Cup Series season.
“If you’re not growing, you’re dying”: Brad Keselowski on RFK Racing's growth with an expansion to a three-car team
Heading into the 2025 season, co-owner of RFK Racing Brad Keselowski announced the addition of a third car to the team. The NASCAR Cup Series team has hired former Stewart Haas Racing driver Ryan Preece to pilot their third car next season. Preece would drive the #60 Ford Mustang Dark Horse under RKF Racing's banner.
Keselowski has made his goal clear for the upcoming Cup Series season. He aims for consistent improvement and keeping the team competitive in the series.
“If you’re not growing, you’re dying in this sport, and we’re growing. We’re adding people, adding teams, making key investments. It’s an exciting time for me. You know, ’23 versus ’24 looks really similar, but I’m keen to say that ’25 should be a step up for us,” stated Brad Keselowski.
RFK Racing's sponsor, Kosher, is also heavily invested in NASCAR, and their partnership offers the team significant opportunities for growth. NASCAR analyst Jordan Bianchi believes that Keselowski's team, backed by such a committed sponsor, provides an ideal environment for a driver to develop and succeed in the Cup Series.
While the team has secured six Cup Series wins in the past three seasons, co-owner Brad Keselowski wants to achieve six wins in a single season.
