Amanda and NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace recently welcomed their first child, a son named Becks Hayden last month. Amanda is active on Instagram where she has over 25 thousand followers and recently shared useful postpartum vitamin tips.
In an earlier post, Amanda asked, “What vitamins are we taking postpartum?? I'm exclusively breastfeeding if it matters.” Many of her followers recommended continuing prenatal vitamins with sunflower lecithin which is distilled from sunflower seeds.
"To continue with prenatal, lots of people said to add sunflower lecithin, lots of recommendations for ritual vitamins, and then got some natural recommendations too," Amanda wrote in a story on October 28.
Lecithin is a naturally occurring fatty substance that is found in foods like soybeans and egg yolks. It is thought to help with milk production as it can stop plugged ducts while breastfeeding and make milk less sticky.
Amanda and Bubba have known each other since high school. They started dating in 2016, got engaged in 2021, and married on New Year's Eve the following year.
The couple announced the arrival of their first son on October 1.
"Amanda and I would like to introduce you to Becks Hayden! We were blessed with his presence Sunday 9/29☺️ 9 months of waiting on this little guy, he’s made it all worth it! So excited for this journey," Bubba Wallace wrote.
Amanda, who used to work as a financial analyst, is now an artist. She shares her oil paintings in a separate account on Instagram.
Amanda wishes husband Bubba Wallace on 31st birthday
Bubba Wallace celebrated his 31st birthday on October 8. Amanda posted a wish for him on Instagram and shared how much she loves being a parent with him.
She also joked that she would give him a break from changing diapers for his special day.
"A huge Happy Birthday to my handsome husband @bubbawallace 🥰🥰🥰 parenthood with this man so far has been the best!!! Your 31st year is going to be amazing!!! Btw he has been crushing the diaper game, perhaps I will give him a break today as a birthday treat 🥳," Amanda wrote.
Meanwhile, the 23XI Racing's driver also celebrated his teammate Tyler Reddick advancing to the Championship 4 after the latter's win at Homestead-Miami Speedway on Sunday. Reddick is the second driver after Joey Logano to enter the last round of the Cup Series this season.
The final race of the Round of 8 is at Martinsville Speedway on November 4 followed by the championship race at Phoenix on November 11.
