Chase Briscoe and his wife, Marissa, recently watched the NFL game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Carolina Panthers. Moreover, the 29-year-old NASCAR driver poked fun at her wife for fangirling over Austen Kroll rather than the NFL star Patrick Mahomes at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina.
In a recent social media post, Briscoe shared his wife's selfie with Kroll, the reality television show Southern Charm's member. They got to meet this TV personality while watching the thrilling match of the reigning Super Bowl champion, and the eventual winner, the Kansas City Chiefs.
"@marissabriscoe_ was more excited to meet @krollthewarriorking than see Mahomes," captioned Briscoe on his Instagram story.
Moreover, two-time Cup Series race winner Briscoe shared a picture with Marissa at the Carolina Panthers' home field in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The future Joe Gibbs Racing driver Briscoe has been married to Marissa for almost five years and will soon celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary on November 30. The couple are also parents to a three-year-old boy, Brooks, and twin boys, whom they recently welcomed on October 9.
"Two new blessings": Chase Briscoe shares a heartfelt note on the birth of his sons
Last month, Chase Briscoe and Merissa welcomed two new members into their family as they announced the birth of their twins, Cooper and Collin.
In a joint Instagram post, the couple shared an adorable photo of their newborns and wrote:
"🩵🩷 Yesterday @marissabriscoe_ and I were able to bring two new blessings into our family. Meet Cooper Banks Briscoe & Collins Ivy Briscoe."
Ahead of the birth of their sons, the former Stewart-Haas Racing driver expressed his feelings about two new additions to their family of three. With a hint of excitement and anxiousness, the Indiana native revealed his eldest son, Brooks, was eagerly waiting for his siblings to be born.
"I think he's [Brooks] excited." Briscoe said. "I think he's at the age where like he kind of gets it but kind of doesn't at the same time, but so far, he's all about it." [at 9:02]
Briscoe also added:
"There's not much in life honestly that compares the doctor being like, 'Oh congratulations there's two.' Like there's very few things I feel like compared in life to that. It's going to be a big change in our household but I'm excited, it is scary though at the same time for sure."
The end of the 2024 NASCAR season marked a new beginning for Chase Briscoe on the personal front, as well as, on the professional front. He will be seen driving the #19 Toyota for Joe Gibbs Racing in his fifth full-time NASCAR Cup Series season.
