Dale Earnhardt Jr. and his wife Amy have recently announced the launch of a new mojito made with High Rock Vodka, co-created by Junior and his wife, in collaboration with Sugarlands Distilling Company. The newly made drink will be available for a limited time with Cheddar's Kitchen, a longtime partner of Richard Childress Racing and Kyle Busch.

Cheddar's Kitchen announced last year that they will serve as a sponsor for Kyle Busch's No. 8 team in several NASCAR Cup Series races this season and beyond. The Texas-based fast food company has been an ally of Richard Childress Racing since 2020. However, they tied up with Busch for the first time in 2023, which was also his maiden season with the Chevy team.

Meanwhile, Dale Jr. took to X and said:

"Amy and I are excited to introduce the Tropical Blue Chiller - our twist on a mojito made with @HighRockVodka. Available exclusively @cheddarskitchen for a limited time. Visit http://cheddars.com to find a location near you. Toast your #HighRockMoments with this cocktail!"
"We're super excited to partner with Cheddar's to bring this specialty High Rock cocktail to their restaurants," Amy added as she spoke about the release.

Cheddar's Kitchen commented on the post, saying:

"We'll toast to that, Dale!"

Booze enthusiasts all over the country can grab the "Tropical Blue Chiller" at their nearest Cheddar's Kitchen outlet or visit the official website of High Rock Vodka to find out more about ways to mix Amy and Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s vodka.

The latter features Dale Jr.'s Screwdriver, an orange-flavored, soda-based cocktail, and Amy's Lemon High, a perfect melange between High Rock Vodka, Triple sec, lemon juice, and club soda.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. co-owns JR Motorsports, a four-car team that operates in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. As of today, the Chevy team has 58 wins and three series championships. Dale Jr. himself has been driving the team's No. 88 machine in at least one race every year since he retired in 2017.

There have been speculations about JR Motorsports' entry in the Cup Series. Although there is no official announcement regarding the same, the two-time Xfinity Series champion revealed where the team stands in a recent interview (as reported by On3):

"We may be able to latch onto some of that momentum and some of those happenings, we may not. Some other programs may benefit from it, some programs that are already in the sport probably already benefiting from some new partnerships and investments. Gibbs and Trackhouse and so forth."

Dale Earnhardt Jr. continued:

"We’re just kind of like hanging out. If it doesn’t happen, I don’t know that it will be a massive regret of mine, but we race. Me and Kelley (sister and co-owner) talk about it all the time: We race. We were born into this, this is who we are, we’re always going to be this. And so if we end up presented with an opportunity that feels really good, we would certainly be interested in doing it.

For now, both Dale Earnhardt Jr. and his sister, Kelley Earnhardt Miller, are content with JR Motorsports operating in the Xfinity Series. However, with Dale Jr. keeping the possibility of a move to the Cup Series open, fans are left to speculate even further.
