Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s wife Amy Earnhardt took to social media to share her tip for staying energized amid a hectic schedule. The 42-year-old Texan heavily relies on a healthy lifestyle and, most importantly, a proper diet.
Amy Earnhardt is one of the most well-known and influential women in NASCAR. She is the co-owner of High Rock Vodka, a high-quality liquor brand founded by Dale Earnhardt Jr. and herself, bottled and manufactured by Sugarlands Distilling Company. She is also a public figure with over 180,000 followers on X (formerly Twitter) and almost 300,000 followers on Instagram.
In her recent Instagram story, Amy Earnhardt talked about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and mentioned AG1, a health drink supplement made to support overall health needs. Talking about the health supplement, she wrote:
"@drinkag1 is one-stop solution for supporting holistic whole body health. It is meant for everyone AND anyone, and it supports your foundational needs! Especially great with a hectic lifestyle!" she wrote.
She further wrote that people can avail five free travel AG1 packs and a bottle of Vitamin D3K2 on registering to AG1 as a first-time user.
Amy Earnhardt on Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s upcoming fundraiser event
With the annual 'Win Dale's Ride' fundraiser event hosted by the Dale Jr. Foundation right around the corner, Amy Earnhardt spoke to CSL's Carla Gabehart about this year's event. The event, which aims to help children in need in the Charlotte area by providing them with financial support for their education and overall development, is set to take place next month.
"Dale and I love having an outlet besides racing to really give back. The foundation has provided that. Over the years, we've developed a lot of different fun activities or Foundation events just to raise money for specific initiatives and then what else could be raised. So the Dale Jr. Ride is one of the bigger ones that we get excited about because we partner with Chevy (Chevrolet). They give us an awesome car every year," Amy Earnhardt said.
This year's winner will reportedly win a brand-new Chevrolet Corvette worth $119,000. Fans can enroll for the fundraiser now for a donation of $25.
"We raffled off tickets; they're $25 apiece. We have a really big initiative this year, which is a million-dollar giveback. The foundation has found the top 10 cities where Dale has his biggest following and then found a charitable initiative in each city to give a hundred thousand dollars to," she added (0:40).
According to reports, the Dale Jr. Foundation has donated $1 million to non-profit charity organizations around the entire country to this day.
