Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s wife Amy shares recipe for ‘White Christmas Delight’ cocktail

Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s wife Amy has shared a Christmas cocktail recipe. Taking to her official Instagram account, the co-owner of High Rock Vodka posted a story with a recipe for 'White Christmas Delight'.

Amy co-owns High Rock Vodka with her husband. The duo collaborated with Sugarlands Distilling Company for the premium, handcrafted vodka and has actively shared various cocktail recipes. She shared a video from High Rock Vodka's Instagram account and narrated the latest Christmas-themed recipe in her story:

"White Christmas Delight: one and a half ounces of High Rock Vodka, one ounce of triple sec, half ounce of lime juice, top with white grape juice, add white luster dust (optional), shake, shake, shake. Strain into a glass with frozen water and rosemary."

Dale Earnhardt Jr. and his wife Amy started High Rock Vodka in 2022. The brand reached a milestone this month when it was chosen as the best vodka for the second year:

"Best Craft Vodka 2nd year in a row!! We are so proud. Thanks to all who voted!" Amy wrote.

The vodka is made from water and corn from the Great Smoky Mountains. It is then distilled seven times and filtered thrice through sugar maple charcoal.

Ahead of Christmas, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and his wife Amy shared a recipe for a 'Sugar Cookie Martini' with followers online. Taking to their vodka brand, High Rock Vodka's official X account, the duo narrated the cocktail's recipe. Here's how it should be made, as per the couple:

"Combine one and half ounces of High Rock with one ounce of Sugarlands Chocolate Coffee Sipping Cream, one ounce of Mark and Diggers Hazelnut Rum, two ounces of cream, one tea spoon powdered sugar, and a splash of Sugarlands Birthday Cake Sipping Cream. Shake and strain into a glass, garnish with golden sugar rim. Now that's a pretty good treat for Santa."

Earnhardt Jr. got engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Amy Reimann, on June 17, 2015, after dating since 2009. The couple married on January 1, 2017. They have two daughters, Isla Rose Earnhardt, born on April 30, 2018, and Nicole Lorraine Earnhardt, born on October 12, 2020.
