Dale Jr.’s nephew Jeffrey Earnhardt pulls back the curtain on his trip to “Deer Woods”

NASCAR driver Jeffrey Earnhardt, who is an "avid outdoorsman," shared a look into his recent hunting trip on Instagram.

Jeffrey is the grandson of NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt and nephew of Dale Jr. This year, the fourth-generation driver raced part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity and Truck Series. He is very active on social media and regularly shares pictures from fishing and hunting trips with friends.

In his latest Instagram stories post, Jeffrey shared about a trip to the “deer woods.”

"Another afternoon in the deer woods trying to put some meat in the freezer," he wrote.

He also shared pictures of what looked like a wild boar last week and wrote:

"Pretty successful weekend putting some pork in the freezer with plenty of celebration @outlawbeer after the hunt. Can’t wait to process some breakfast sausage."

Jeffrey drove the No. 26 Toyota GR Supra for Sam Hunt Racing and earned a top-10 finish at Atlanta in February. He also competed in one Truck Series race in the No. 67 Toyota Tundra for MBM Motorsports.

The 35-year-old plans to return to NASCAR next year with long-time sponsor, ForeverLawn.

Jeffrey Earnhardt started racing in the ARCA Menards Series East in the late 2000s and moved to the Truck Series where he got the rookie of the year in 2011. He began racing in the Xfinity Series and went full-time in 2014 and joined the Cup Series as the second fourth-generation NASCAR driver in 2015.

The Mooresville native has raced with teams like Go Green Racing and JD Motorsports in the past. He earned his career-best finish, second at Talladega in 2022. Jeffrey has six top-10 finishes in 172 races over 12 years. His other best results include eighth at Atlanta and seventh at Nashville.

Last month, he launched the "Jeffrey Earnhardt Racing Experience," which lets fans drive race cars at local tracks. Recently he shared posts on X of offers on his website for the experience:
