Former NASCAR driver Danica Patrick appreciated Donald Trump as he claimed the Republican Party to be made up of "common sense" while reviewing their agendas. Patrick has emerged to be a Trump supporter, giving her recent views on politics.
The 78-year-old recently talked about the Republican Party's agendas and concerns ahead of the elections. He mentioned that their work or the change they would bring was "common sense" for people, highlighting points like the need for fair elections and borders.
A video of Trump's speech was shared in X Danica Patrick agreed with the 78-year-old, calling the video "amazing."
"Common sense would say this is all common sense. This whole video is amazing. To finish off with reminding people that Gavin NewScum of California made asking for voter ID illegal is a perfect way to paint the picture as to how ridiculous things are getting," Patrick wrote.
Patrick's support for Trump in the Presidential race has been quite the highlight on social media amongst NASCAR spectators. She was recently also the guest moderator for Senator JD Vance's Town Hall in Greensboro. He is a Vice President nominee.
Danica Patrick gives her verdict on why "men should not compete in women's sports," states "physiological" reasons
One of the things that Donald Trump mentioned in his statement was "[we] don't want men playing women's sports." Speaking with Codie Sanchez earlier last month, Danica Patrick also gave her verdict on the same. She claimed that there are "physiological" differences in a man and women, stating that men have 10 times the testosterone level than women.
"I was a girl in a guy's sport. There are some true hormonal physiological reasons why men should not compete in women's sports. When it comes to strength, when it comes to power, size, those things are really different. Men have at least 10 times the testosterone that women do, which is something that helps build lean muscle mass and gives you size and mass and power, it's totally unfair," she said.
Danica Patrick raced in NASCAR between 2010 and 2018. She debuted in the Cup Series in 2012 at Stewart Haas Racing and last took part in the 2018 Daytona 500 with Premium Motorsports.
She remains to be the only race winner in the IndyCar series after her win in the Indy Japan 300 in 2008. Although her competitiveness in stock car racing wasn't the best, she remained competitive in the open-wheel series.
Danica Patrick remains an inspiration for millions of women around the globe who wish to make their way to the world of motorsports. Other women like Toni Breidinger and Hailey Deegan have also made their presence known in NASCAR.
