Denny Hamlin and Chase Elliott touched upon the tactics that would need to go right if they are to win the NASCAR championship. Joey Logano and Daniel Suarez also joined the duo as they revealed their go-to tactics while in the hunt for the drivers' title.

Hamlin, Elliott, Logano, and Suarez came together to appear for a video in collaboration with Coca-Cola. In the video on Instagram by @cocacolaracing, the four drivers revealed their plans and tactics to win the championship.

Denny Hamlin, who is eyeing his first-ever NASCAR title, said:

"The key to winning a championship is you must have speed. You need to be one of the fastest cars on the track."

Chase Elliott followed Hamlin. The Hendrick Motorsports driver is chasing his second NASCAR championship. He stated:

"Everything has to go right. Very hard thing to do but with everything coming down to one race like it does it all matters."

Then appeared Joey Logano, who is competing for his third NASCAR Cup Series title. The Team Penske driver has already qualified for the next round after winning the race in Atlanta. He said:

"Gosh, everything has to go right that whole week. Everything just has to go perfect."

In the end came Daniel Suarez. All four drivers have qualified for the playoffs, and Suarez stated:

"You just have to make sure that you don't have bad days. Hopefully, we can have some good clean days and make it to the next one and then in the round of eight, on that one, you have to be perfect."

NASCAR is all set to host the final race of round one of the playoffs in Bristol. Following Saturday's Bass Pro Shops Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway, four drivers will be eliminated from the chance to secure the championship, and one among them could be the JGR driver.

Denny Hamlin recently opened up about the ongoing charter tussle between NASCAR and 23XI Racing. The Joe Gibbs Racing driver stated that at 23XI Racing, they were going to look after everyone and make sure no one was affected due to the stand-off between the team and NASCAR.

Speaking about this, Hamlin, the 23XI co-owner, said in a media interaction:

"It was a little bit of both certainly, but we were really strong in our messaging that nothing is changing. From our employee standpoint to our sponsor standpoint, going forward, what battles we have off the racetrack is on ownership, and we're going to make sure that no one is adversely affected by that."

23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsport were the only two teams that did not agree with NASCAR's latest charter deal. Because of the move, four drives that belong to Tyler Reddick, Bubba Wallace, Michael McDowell, and Todd Gilliland have come under jeopardy.

However, with Hamlin's latest revelation, one can expect things to settle down quickly. Denny Hamlin is currently competing for the NASCAR Cup Series championship alongside 23XI Racing's Reddick.
