Jordan Fish recently reacted to a post about building positive relationships with children. Fish is engaged to Denny Hamlin and is a parent to two daughters.
In an Instagram story, the Joe Gibbs Racing driver's fiance reposted a clip of famed psychiatrist Dr. Daniel G. Amen talking about good communication and effective parenting strategies. Dr. Amen stated that they are the building blocks of positive relationships with children.
Dr. Amen, who has more than 3.6 million followers on Instagram, spoke about spending at least 20 minutes a day with a child and doing something they like. He emphasized that children need physical and quality time with their parents. Dr. Amen also gave a perspective on 'time' being the crucial ingredient in building a relationship.
Agreeing with the psychiatrist, Fish wrote on her Instagram story:
"100 is time."
