Denny Hamlin's fiancée, Jordan Fish, has aired her health concern asking for advice. Fish posted on Instagram a sticker for suggestions for the 'severe' back pain she has been dealing with for about two to three days now.

Hamlin is a veteran NASCAR driver signed with Joe Gibbs Racing. He met Fish in 2007 when she was still part of the Lady Cats, the dancing team of former NBA team Charlotte Bobcats. The two announced their engagement in January this year.

Jordan Fish took to Instagram and asked for suggestions for her back pain. She tried Tylenol but the pain kept coming back.

"Help.. I've been having severe mid/upper back pain the last two days. Completely locked up, can barely move, or reach over to pick up my coffee. I have tried exercises, cupping, acupressure mat. Tylenol is the only thing that seems to help with pain, but comes right back. Any at home suggestions or recs? Ty," Fish wrote.

Coincidentally, Denny Hamlin suffered a back injury during the Fontana race weekend (Auto Club 400) in 2013. Hamlin made contact with former teammate Joey Logano on the final lap, which sent his No. 11 Toyota crashing down the racetrack.

The Joe Gibbs Racing driver missed four races that year dealing with the injury.

Last year, Hamlin also underwent shoulder surgery during the off-season. The driver was set to miss The Clash this year but he entered the pre-season race and won.

As of this writing, Jordan Fish hasn't provided an update on her back pain. However, she should be accompanied by fiancé Denny Hamlin this off-season.

This year marked Denny Hamlin's 19th full-time season in the NASCAR Cup Series. The season finale witnessed him finish in P11 after starting in P14. He failed to advance to Championship 4 after getting eliminated in the Round of 8.

The Round of 8 upset extended his streak of winning more than 50 races in the premier series without a championship.

The 44-year-old driver concluded the season with three wins, 12 top-5s, and 18 top-10s.

Following the championship race at Phoenix Raceway, Hamlin and Fish attended this year's Awards Banquet. The event was held in Charlotte, North Carolina for the first time since its inception in the early 80s.

Hamlin will return to NASCAR in the No. 11 Toyota in the Daytona 500 in February. He will compete with a new crew chief (Chris Gayle) and sponsor following long-time partner FedEx's exit from the sport.
