Kyle Busch's wife Samantha has opened up about her battle with Alopecia, reflecting on her year-old hair loss problem. The mother of two revealed the "phenomenal" results she attained by following a doctor's protocol.

Samantha Busch has never been shy about addressing common issues that many people refrain from. She is an active IVF advocate and publicly supports it. Moreover, she and her husband Kyle run the "Bundle of Joy" fund which provides financial help to childless couples looking to conceive.

Kyle Busch's wife suffers from Alopecia, an autoimmune disease that results in massive and uncontrollable hair fall. Recently, she recalled last year's "embarrassing" moment when she had bald patches on her scalp. However, Samantha's condition has phenomenally improved, courtesy of the doctor's approach, as she shared this week.

She posted several Instagram stories sharing her experience. The 38-year-old said she took a second opinion as the first doctor was aggressive on medicines, which is not what Mrs. Busch was looking to do. She highlighted that taking the medications orally wasn't on the cards either as it resulted in severe leg cramps.

As Kyle Busch's wife prepared to dye her hair strand by strand, she added that she does it by herself, at home.

She said,

"Don't mind me looking oh so cute right now. I'm dyeing my hair and so I figured I would answer all of your guys' questions about my hair post yesterday since it was a year ago that I was literally sitting right here, hysterically sobbing, because my hair was just coming out in absolute chunks.
"I take a number of supplements, not only for my hair but for my adrenal health...I also do shampoos and conditioners and things that are meant for hair loss, other hair vitamins, you name it, I've tried it all because I did have a dermatologist tell me. As you guys can tell, the sides are completely grown back in, which is phenomenal."

While Samantha had a new update and revelation about improving hair health, Kyle Busch too had something to share a few days ago. The Cup Series champion announced his Chili Bowl Nationals debut with NASCAR is officially in the offseason.

Kyle Busch hoped not to "embarrass himself" during his maiden midget car run

Kyle Busch has been fielding full-time Cup Series entries since 2005 and has become a household name in NASCAR. The two-time Cup champ boasts 63 Cup wins, 102 Xfinity victories, and 66 Truck Series triumphs, the most among any active driver.

Recently, the Nevada native announced his Chili Bowl debut, slated to run from January 13 to 18, 2025. While Busch has ample experience in late model, legends car racing, and NASCAR, he lacks experience driving a midget car. And to hone his skills for the imminent races, the RCR driver ran a few laps at the Rockfish Speedway earlier this week.

Before beginning his first run, Busch said he didn't want to "embarrass" himself driving the midget car. He said (via Flo Racing),

“Here at Rockfish, North Carolina today to get my first chance of testing in a midget. Never driven a midget before so first time for everything, I guess. Getting a little bit of preparation done... and hopefully, I don’t embarrass myself."

Kyle Busch ended his 2024 Cup Series season on a winless note, making it the first such year since his rookie year.
