Greg Biffle, a semi-retired NASCAR driver, came forward in the time of need after Hurricane Helen caused mass destruction to a major part of the United States of America. The 54-year-old rescued one family and provided supplies for several victims. This caught ESPN's senior analyst, Marty Smith, and he believes Biffle should receive the highest honor for an American citizen.
Smith shared an X post expressing his gratitude to the former NASCAR driver for the work he is doing for society and wrote:
"Former NASCAR driver Greg Biffle should receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom for his ongoing and ceaseless heroic efforts in western North Carolina, using his helicopter & coordinating w/ others to save lives. Go to @gbiffle to see his amazing effort. Thank you Greg."
Greg Biffle is using his personal helicopter to drop supply packages and Starlink internet services to the survivors. He is frequently posting images on his social media accounts to ensure that he will reach out to everyone in need.
