Full race results of NASCAR ARCA Series at Dover Motor Speedway

The 2024 NASCAR General Tire 150 is done and dusted. The fourth race of the 2024 ARCA Menards Series commenced at 5 p.m. ET on Friday (April 26) at the Dover Motor Speedway, with a total of 24 entries.

Sports car ace Connor Zilisch, driving the #28 Chevrolet for Pinnacle Racing Group, secured his first career win in the ARCA Menards Series season at Dover.

The 17-year-old driver grabbed the lead for the first time on lap 108 of 150 and held off a furious field of drivers on the final restart to cross the finish line in P1. Zilisch won by an impressive margin of 0.986 seconds ahead of Giovanni Ruggiero.

About his Dover win after the race, Zilisch said (via aracracing.com):

“I can’t even lie, those first 70 laps I was pretty intimidated. I was saying, ‘Oh the car’s free, the car’s free.’ We were sitting under the red (flag) on the backstretch and I was like, ‘Damn, I just need to get on the gas.’

“I was getting down on myself there. I was running fifth, sixth and wasn’t making up any ground. Just so thankful for this entire team. Those restarts were hectic, but we kept it up front and got ourselves a win here at The Mile.”

Meanwhile, Giovanni Ruggiero finished as runner-up, followed by Carson Kvapil, Lavar Scott, and Andres Perez in the top five. Kris Wright, Andy Jankowiak, Greg Van Alst, Caleb Costner, and Zachary Tinkle completed the top 10.
