Full race results of NASCAR ARCA Series at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course

The 2024 NASCAR Zinsser SmartCoat 150 is done and dusted. The eighth race of the 2024 ARCA Menards Series commenced at 6 pm ET on Friday (June 21) at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, with 26 entries.

William Sawalich, driving the #18 Toyota for Joe Gibbs Racing, secured his second win of the 2024 ARCA Menards Series season after Connor Mosack was penalized at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.

Mosack crossed the finish line first, but he was not the winner. After officials deemed he jumped the final restart while trying to pass leader Brent Crews. As a result, Sawalich, who crossed the finish line second, was rewarded with the win at Mid-Ohio.

Sawalich wins by a margin of 0.896 seconds ahead of Crews. It marked his sixth win of the series.

About his Mid-Ohio win after the race, Sawalich said (via frontstretch.com):

“Yeah for sure, I mean this team never gives up and it always shows. We had a really fast Starkey Soundgear Toyota Camry. I really wish I could’ve battled it out with the No. 20 there. To be honest, I missed a shift on the backstretch there, that’s why it looked like I brake-checked him […] really good job by these guys. Can’t thank them enough.”

Meanwhile, Brent Crews finished runner-up, followed by Gio Ruggiero, Thomas Annunziata, and Marco Andretti in the top five. Andres Perez, Toni Breidinger, Conor Daly, Brad Perez, and Greg Van Alst completed the top 10.
