Full race results of NASCAR ARCA Series West at Tri-City Raceway

The 2024 NASCAR NAPA Auto Care 150 is done and dusted. The eighth race of the 2024 ARCA Menards Series West season commenced at 10:30 pm ET on Saturday (August 10) at the Tri-City Raceway with 15 entries.

Tyler Reif, driving the #13 Toyota for Central Coast Racing, secured his second win of the 2024 ARCA Menards Series West season at Tri-City Raceway.

The 17-year-old Las Vegas native led the early stages of the race and then held off the hard-charging Sean Hingorani in the late stages to secure his back-to-back in the West Series. Reif crossed the finish line by a margin of 0.486 seconds to grab the checkered flag. The win marked his third career victory in the ARCA West series.

Expressing his emotions on his season’s second win at the half-mile oval, Reif said (via arcaracing.com):

“The laps were counting down faster and faster. Those cautions surprised me, but we did what we had to do during those last 75 laps. We practiced on the outside a little bit this weekend, and it definitely paid off tonight.”

Expressing his disappointment in missing a chance to win in the closing laps, Sean Hingorani, the defending West Series champion, said (via arcaracing.com):

“I wanted more for sure. I felt like we were really good all night. It was a great drive tonight, but I wish we had a little more at the end. I think something might have broke, but it was very odd [to get beat] on the top [during the last restart]. We’ll look over the car and build on it for next time.”

Meanwhile, Jack Wood, Todd Souza, and Kyle Keller finished in the top five. Kasey Kleyn, Trevor Huddleston, Jess Havens, Greg Biffle, and Nick Joanides completed the top 10.
