Full race results of NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway

The seventh race of the 2024 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour season finally concluded. The Mohegan Sun 100 started at 10 am ET on Saturday, June 22, at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, with a total of 31 entries.

Justin Bonsignore, a three-time NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour champion, secured his second victory of the season. He emerged victorious after beating Kyle Bonsignore in the final laps to the checkered flag at the 1.058-mile oval track.

Bonsignore, who is set to make his Xfinity Series debut with Joe Gibbs Racing later, dominated the majority of the race and crossed the finish line by an impressive margin of 0.322 seconds, ahead of his cousin. It marked his second straight win at New Hampshire Motor Speedway and 42nd career win in the series.

Speaking about the memorable victory at NHMS, Bonsignore said (via NASCAR.com):

“We have 16 awesome races in a year, but this is our Daytona 500. Everyone wants to win this race. There’s so much that goes into putting yourself in position and having a good car. It’s mentally tough to control and understand what you need to do in these late restarts.”

Meanwhile, Kyle Bonsignore finished runner-up, followed by Chase Dowling, Patrick Emerling, and Sam Rameau in the top five. Tommy Catalano, Eric Goodale, Jake Johnson, Austin Beers, and Whelen Modified Tour points leader Ron Silk completed the top 10.
