The 2023 NASCAR Cup Series champion, Ryan Blaney, tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Gianna Tulio, on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Hotel Jerome in Aspen, Colo. After exchanging vows, Tulio shared insights into the couple's love for each other.
Mrs. Blaney was featured in an exclusive interview with People.com during which she shared that Blaney keeps her calm and relaxed. She said that Blaney "really helps calm my nerves."
Further, the former professional model pointed out what the couple loves about each other and said:
"The thing we love most about each other is all the things we have in common. Then, the things we don't have in common, we find joy in those differences and embrace our differences." (via People.com)
Tulio walked down the aisle to Lana Del Rey's "Video Games," wearing a white dress from Breta that complemented the winter wedding theme. The couple opted for an intimate ceremony, and Mrs. Blaney explained their reasoning behind this choice.
“Wanted to keep the wedding as intimate as possible”: Ryan Blaney's wife Gianna on having a private wedding
In the same exclusive interview with People.com, Team Penske driver Ryan Blaney's wife highlighted that the couple only invited close family and friends to their wedding. The wedding was based on the Winter Enchantment: A Candlelit Aspen Affair theme, as winter is the "favorite season" of the couple.
Around 200 close family friends attended Blaney and Tulios's wedding designed by Karli Spangler Events. Notable figures from the stock car racing world, including Bubba Wallace, Austin Cindric, Dale Earnhardt Jr., and his wife, Amy, were among the guests.
Mrs. Blaney emphasized that Blaney's demanding schedule as a professional stock car racing driver, particularly during the Cup Series season, often limits his quality time with close family and friends. The wedding provided an ideal opportunity for him to connect with loved ones
"Spending quality time with all of our loved ones is super important to us, so we wanted to keep the wedding as intimate as possible. With Ryan being a professional NASCAR driver, we are on the road every weekend almost every month out of the year, so we value every second we can get with our friends and family," stated Gianna Tulio.
