NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace's long-time spotter Freddie Kraft owns Couch Racer, a brand and community of at-home racing experts. Recently, the Freddie Kraft-owned venture asked its followers about how many wins Cup Series team Richard Childress Racing could secure in the next season. Several fans went on to share their response to the question.
Richard Childress Racing fields two full-time entries in the Cup Series: the #8 Chevrolet driven by Kyle Busch and the iconic #3 Chevy piloted by Austin Dillon. The team secured only one win during the 2024 season, achieved by Dillon in the Cook Out 400 at Richmond through a controversial move. While the victory stood, NASCAR penalized Dillon, revoking his playoff eligibility and marking a challenging year for RCR.
Recently, Couch Racer interacted with its enthusiastic NASCAR fans about their expectations from RCR in the 2025 season. They inquired on X:
"How many Cup races will RCR win in 2025? #NASCAR"
Responding to the question asked by Bubba Wallace's spotter-owned business venture, a fan said:
"Going with none."
"Zero. Their advantage from all the next gen testing has evaporated" a fan claimed
"2 Busch wins at a SS or 1.5 mile and Dillon gets his annual win at we’ll say New Hampshire or something," a fan wrote
"Better question is how many cars will the 3 take out to win one race this season." a fan playfully remarked
"If they give Kyle somewhat consistently good cars, he could win plenty but not holding my breath." another fan wrote
Meanwhile, one fan backed Kyle Busch for a win if he gets the required support from RCR, as the 2024 season saw a lot of shortcomings from the team's end.
"The 8 will manage 1 🏁. This organization is in consistent, steady decline. They have one great driver, very smart people and top level factory support. But they don't fit together very well at all. 1🏁 for RCR in 2025." the fan commented
Meanwhile, Bubba Wallace missed the 2024 Cup Series playoffs after a challenging regular season, finishing winless but earning six top-five results. In contrast, his 23XI Racing teammate Tyler Reddick had a standout year, winning the regular-season championship and making it to the Championship 4.
“We need to make it”: Bubba Wallace’s spotter outlines expectations following winless 2024 season
Bubba Wallace competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the #23 Toyota for 23XI Racing. During the course of his eight-year career, Wallace has secured eight wins across different divisions, including two in the Cup Series. Although his 2024 season began with challenges, he showed significant improvement as it progressed.

"We(the #23 team) need to make it. If you go back and look at the stats and the points we put up, Bubba(Wallace) would have finished 10th in points again this year if he had made it, which he didn't. There's guys that need to be closer, Eric Jones is one. He can't be 28th and points next year," he said.
The Cup Series will return for the Clash at Bowman Gray Stadium on February 2, 2025. Catch Bubba Wallace in action live on FOX, Motor Racing Network, and SiriusXM.
