Cristina Grossu, wife of former NASCAR Cup Series driver Greg Biffle, took to social media recently to share a humorous post regarding those that she didn't wish a Merry Christmas this year. Based on the post, it's safe to say the wife of the former driver doesn't have any hard feelings for those she didn't wish a Merry Christmas.
Cristina shared a post by a user with the username classyy.chaos on her Instagram story. The caption jokingly refers to people who might not have texted all their friends and family "Merry Christmas" only because they didn't have the motivation to do so. The post said:
"If I didn't text you "Merry Christmas" Just know I'm lazy but I still love you."
It was this post that Cristina added to her story without adding a caption of her own.
Funny enough, the post comes not long after Cristina took to her Instagram to wish her followers a Merry Christmas. She posted photos with Biffle and Biffle's two children, Emma and Ryder. Emma is the daughter of Biffle's first wife, Nicole, while Ryder is Biffle's first child with Cristina. Cristina penned a caption that read:
"Merry Christmas from ours to yours! 🎄❤️"
Two days prior, Cristina took to Instagram to share a post in honor of her husband's birthday. Biffle, who turned 55 on December 23, celebrated the occasion by watching the sunrise at the beach with his family. Sharing a video of the two sitting on the beach, Cristina added a caption that read:
"Celebrating another birthday morning sunrise in paradise at our favorite spot. Happy Birthday Gregory!"
Greg Biffle earned award for his efforts in during Hurricane Helene
In the wake of Hurricane Helene, which ripped through Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee earlier this year, Greg Biffle took it upon himself to board his personal helicopter and deliver supplies to the victims of the natural disaster. The mission was a part of NASCAR's Operation Helidrop and the efforts earned Biffle the 2024 NMPA Myers Brothers Award.
Biffle was recognized during the 2024 NASCAR Awards for his efforts. NASCAR acknowledged the former driver on their Instagram page and penned a caption with cordial words for him. They wrote:
"His extraordinary efforts to aid mountain communities in Western North Carolina following Hurricane Helene will never go unnoticed. @gbiffle is the 2024 NMPA Myers Brothers Award recipient. #NASCARAwards #NASCAR"
Biffle competed full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series from 2003-2016. The Washington native spent the entirety of his full-time career behind the wheel of the #16 Ford owned by car owner Jack Roush. Biffle won 19 career races and placed a best of second in the Cup Series points standings in 2005. He also won a CRAFTSMAN Truck Series championship in 2000 and an Xfinity Series championship in 2002.
