Hailie Deegan shares one thing that makes her boyfriend Chase Cabre “embarrassed”

Having recently parted ways with AM Racing, former NASCAR Xfinity Series racer Hailie Deegan is spending some quality time with family and friends. The California-based driver posted a picture of her digital camera on Snapchat with a quirky caption.

Deegan became a part of AM Racing in 2022. However, on the back of two disappointing seasons in 2022 and 2024, the young driver was unceremoniously dropped from the Xfinity Series team mid-season. After her split from AM Racing, Deegan was seen racing Micro Sprint cars on dirt at the Milbridge Speedway, returning to her roots.

Apart from the distraction of dirt racing, Deegan has also been spending time with her family and her boyfriend, Chase Cabre. Now, the 23-year-old racer has shared a story on Snapchat for Cabre with a catchy caption.

Here's a look at the post:

The picture showcases her seemingly old Nikon Coolpix digital camera. Here's what she wrote as the caption:

"Chase gets embarrassed when I pull out my digital camera 😂"

Although no backstory regarding the aforementioned camera was shared on Snapchat, it will most likely be an interesting one for the couple.

Meanwhile, Cabre recently shared a collage of Deegan on her birthday to lighten her mood after her abrupt exit from the Xfinity series on Instagram.

"I don't think that guidance and mentorship has been exactly what she needed for NASCAR" : Kevin Harvick comments on Hailie Deegan's exit from NASCAR

Almost the entire NASCAR community has supported the former after the Hailie Deegan-AM Racing split. This includes her fans and former NASCAR drivers such as Kenny Wallace, Dale Earnhardt Jr., and Kevin Harvick.

During the recent Kevin Harvick 'Happy Hour' podcast on July 18, the NASCAR Hall of Famer discussed Deegan's unexpected exit with analysts Kaitlyn Vincie and Mamba Smith. Vincie asked the Cup Series winner from 2014 what he thought about the aforementioned issue:

"I don't think that guidance and mentorship has been exactly what she (Deegan) needed for NASCAR," replied Harvick, highlighting the lack of good leadership at AM Racing. (0:36 onwards)

Harvick also highlighted Deegan's biggest mistake.

"The big mistake here was getting out of the Toyota development system. I don't think Ford has a great development system as far as the things that they. From ARCA, all the way until you get to Cup (series)," He further added, explaining the situation. (0:42 onwards)

Here's a look at the X post by Harvick's Happy Hour, captioned:

"I think it's going to be tough to get another chance." @KevinHarvick , @KaitlynVincie , and @MambaSmith34 on what's next for Hailie Deegan.

Kevin Harvick believes that young drivers require good mentorship and long-term development plans before entering the national series. As for Deegan, Harvick said it would be tough for her to get another chance to prove herself in NASCAR.
