NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Harrison Burton's fiancé Jenna Petty revealed whether all NASCAR drivers are to attend their wedding. The couple are rumored to get married later in October this year.
2024 was a season full of ups and downs for third-generation NASCAR driver Burton. A product of Kyle Busch's now-defunct KBM, the 24-year-old finds himself returning to the Xfinity Series after three years in NASCAR's top flight with Wood Brothers Racing.
While he prepares for a fresh start to his racing career, Burton is also set to make a significant stride in his personal life. The Huntersville, North Carolina native is set to tie the knot with his fiancé and long-time partner Jenna Petty later this year.
Petty, an active social media user with over 15,000 followers on Instagram, recently opened a questionnaire through her stories, welcoming questions relating to the couple's wedding later this year. When asked if every driver from the NASCAR grid will attend the event, Petty wrote:
"To answer, a few. Our wedding will be small but there will be a good bit!"
Through her stories, Petty also revealed Harrison Burton's best man, his good friend and Front Row Motorsports driver Todd Gilliland.
Harrison Burton and Jenna Petty have been together for over seven years, their relationship beginning in 2017 when both were teenagers. Petty, a professional dancer affiliated with Dance Productions - The Remix, got engaged to Burton on March 27, 2024. According to a report from The Athletic, the couple are set to tie the knot in October.
Harrison Burton on his nerves while proposing to Jenna Petty
Despite his experience under high-pressure racing conditions, Burton could not escape nerves while popping the question to Jenna Petty. During a media session last season, Burton reflected on the moment when he proposed to Petty. Speaking to The Athletic, he revealed:
"Way more nervous for that than Daytona. At Daytona, I had a plan and I executed the plan. When I proposed to Jenna, I didn’t really speak very well. My hands were shaking."
On the racetrack, Harrison Burton found major success in 2024 after securing an unprecedented playoff spot. The 24-year-old emerged as the surprise winner of the aforementioned Daytona race in August, thus becoming the first driver born in the 2000s to win a NASCAR Cup race.
Despite the significant milestone, Burton failed to secure a ride in the Cup Series for the 2025 campaign. After being let go by Wood Brothers Racing, the former Joe Gibbs Racing man is set to return to the Xfinity Series for the first time since 2021. The four-time Xfinity Series race winner will drive the No. 15 Ford Mustang for AM Racing.
