Ricky Stenhouse Jr. shared his thoughts on possibly celebrating with son Stetson after driving through the victory lane in the upcoming 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season. The 37-year-old managed a single win at the Talladega Superspeedway but couldn't share the celebration of his impressive triumph with his toddler son.

Stenhouse Jr., the No. 47 Chevy driver for Hyak Motorsports, sat down in a conversation with the Fox and Friends TV show's hosts and looked back on his last Cup season.

In the interview, the 2023 Daytona 500 winner was asked about his plans for the "bigger picture" heading to the upcoming season. He said:

"I've been doing this sport of NASCAR racing for a long time now and it's cool to have our son, Stetson, taking him to the race track. He missed our big Talladega win. So looking forward to hopefully getting him in victory lane, you know, this year."

The Memphis, Tennesse native also talked about his family trip to New York City for the pro bull riding competition at Madison Square Garden. The Stenhouse family was spotted donning cowboy hats at the bullpen of this bull riding event in a social media post shared by Ricky's wife Madyson. She captioned:

"PBR at MSG with our little bestie 🤠 THANK YOU @nosenergydrink for this letting us include Stetson this year! 🫶"

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. has been a part of NASCAR's premier division for almost 14 years and has competed in over 400 races, accumulating four wins. After completing seven seasons with Roush Fenway Racing (now RFK Racing), Stenhouse Jr. switched to JTG Daugherty Racing in 2020.

The two-time Xfinity Series champion Stenhouse Jr. will now start his sixth season with the Chevy roster after its rebranding to Hyak Motorsports.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. opened up on the "big shift in the organization"

Back in November 2024, JTG Daugherty Racing announced its rebranding to Hyak Motorsports under the leadership of Gordon Smith, the principal owner. While the team the co-owners Brad Daugherty, Mark Hughes, and Ernie Cope will remain to serve under the restructured organization.

Speaking with SiriusXM NASCAR Radio, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. shared his thoughts on the team rebranding and said:

"Obviously, we have a big shift in the organization. You can look at it a couple different ways and I think the way we’re looking at it is everything’s a little more consolidated, we got all the same great employees, the same crew guys and processes will stay the same."

Furthermore, he added:

"I feel confident Mike and the guys will keep working hard to try to make our cars faster when it comes to the on-racetrack portion of it."

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and the No. 47 Chevy team will be seen starting the 2025 Cup Series run at the inaugural Daytona 500 race in an attempt to bring home another coveted Daytona trophy.
