McCall Smith, wife of former Spire Motorsports driver Zane Smith, took to her Instagram and revealed she is suffering from anxiety and facing problems sleeping properly. She posted a story explaining her situation and asked her fans for a solution to her condition.
McCall is a lifestyle influencer on Instagram with over 12,000 followers. She married Smith in January last year after the NASCAR Cup Series driver proposed to her in April 2022 during a Truck Series race weekend. The couple will complete one year as husband and wife on January 11, 2025, and celebrate their first marriage anniversary.
In the shared Instagram story, McCall pointed out that she has been facing sleeping issues for over a week, and last night she was unable to sleep:
"This is so random but does this happen to anyone else? Whenever I am excited about something coming up I CAN NOT SLEEP. I have been getting terrible sleep as of this week, and last I slept zero.
I try the sleep gummies and nothing works. If this happens to you, and you have anything figured out on how to help, please let me know! the bags under my eyes from getting no sleep are not cute 😂"
In the follow-up story, Zane Smith's wife wrote:
"It's like bad anxiety but I guess good/happy? Anxiety 😂"

McCall headed to Meraki Aesthetics and Co. medical spa in Cornelius, North Carolina for the cosmetic procedure. She highlighted that the spa is her "favorite place for a dermaplane." She shared the pre-treatment image and captioned it:

McCall then shared her post-treatment image and wrote:

After her treatment, Zane Smith's wife received a hamper bag from Meraki Aesthetics and Co. She shared it in her story and wrote:
