With the 2024 Cup Series season wrapped up, Noah Gragson has kicked off the NASCAR offseason on the golf course. The former Stewart-Haas Racing driver shared a light moment on his Instagram story, offering to help professional golfer Collin Morikawa by loaning him his putter for the 2025 Masters.
Driving for SHR in its last NASCAR season, Gragson had a disappointing 2024 Cup Series campaign. The Las Vegas-born racer was able to finish just two of the first five races in the Top 10. Driving for SHR's #10 team, the 26-year-old driver ended the year with seven Top 10s, one Top 5, and six DNFs.
With SHR shutting shop at the end of this year, Gragson is set to drive for Front Row Motorsports in 2025. He signed a multi-year deal with the team which currently happens to be locked in a legal battle with NASCAR alongside 23XI Racing.
With the 2024 season concluding at Phoenix Raceway on November 10, Gragson spent his time off on the golf course. He shared pictures and snippets of his golf outing on Instagram and humorously offered to loan Collin Morikawa his putter for the 2025 Masters. Here's a look at Gragson's IG stories:
"It’s been fun to challenge myself" - Noah Gragson on grabbing a seat with Front Row Motorsports for 2025
Noah Gragson has signed a multi-year deal with Bob Jenkins' Front Row Motorsports from 2025 onward. Gragson was quoted as saying about joining FRM (via NASCAR press release):
"It’s definitely exciting times. When we started out this year, I didn’t know how I was going to run. I didn’t know if I had the potential to run in the Cup Series just based off how the 2023 season went, and to be able to get my feet underneath me with the opportunity at Stewart-Haas, it definitely opened people’s eyes. And with the challenges that have come about with Stewart-Haas, we were looking for a home for a long time, and that’s when I got introduced to (co-owners) Bob (Jenkins) and Jerry (Freeze)."
"Being able to sit down with them and talk and see what their goals were, what their vision was, and the thing that stuck out in my mind most importantly is what Jerry said when we met was Bob’s goal is to grow each and every year, and through the experiences that I’ve had in the last several years it’s been fun to challenge myself," he added.
As for the 2024 season, Gragson finished 24th in the driver's championship.
