Kaitlyn Vincie, a longtime broadcaster for FOX, is also a crew member for Kevin Harvick’s Happy Hour Podcast. Recently, Vincie posted a photo of herself on X right from the set of the weekly NASCAR show. Not long after, a fan added a comment to it, which Vincie felt was rather “condescending” towards women.

Along with former ARCA Menards Series driver and current NASCAR analyst for FOX, Mamba Smith, and Harvick himself, Vincie is known for voicing her opinions on various trending NASCAR events. Most recently, the Happy Hour Podcast crew filmed their episode no. 71, which is expected to be released soon.

Speaking of which, Vincie said in her post:

“WEEK 36 | @NASCARONFOX Episode 71 | @HarvickHappyPod. We had no shortage of items to discuss for this one. One of the best yet all season. Drops tomorrow!”

A fan commented:

“Can you even make a sandwich?”

Vinci responded by saying:

“I’m Italian, I make a hell of a lot more than sandwiches. Love the condescending comments on women two days in a row though.”

Last week’s playoff race at Martinsville Speedway was quite eventful. Per NBC Sports, NASCAR suspended nine people from three different teams and issued fines amounting to $600,000 for "violating the NASCAR Member Code of Conduct". Reigning Cup Series champion Ryan Blaney took the checkered flag at the Virginian short track, punching his Championship 4 ticket.

Blaney joined his Team Penske teammate, and two-time Cup Series champion Joey Logano in the final four. Team Penske, a three-car Cup Series team owned by automotive tycoon Roger Penske, is the only team with more than one driver in the Championship rumble.

Others to have made the coveted race are William Byron of Hendrick Motorsports, and the regular season champion Tyler Reddick, who drives full-time for 23XI Racing, a South Carolina-based outfit headquartered at Huntersville. Reddick will make his career-first Championship 4 appearance this year at Phoenix Raceway on November 10.

Kevin Harvick reveals his playoff idea, gets Denny Hamlin’s approval

For Kevin Harvick, the current playoff format is exciting. The 2014 Cup Series champion came up with an interesting idea about the same in a recent episode of his podcast.

“Let's face it, this format is exciting,” Kevin Harvick said. “We do not have the best four cars in the Championship 4. Now we do have a regular season champ with Tyler Reddick, but he's not the regular season champ if Kyle Larson shows up to Charlotte.”
“I got an idea,” Harvick continued. “What if we took the regular season champ and he got an automatic bid into the final four? We reward the regular season points champion with a spot.”

Harvick further suggested that the second-place finisher on points would be given an “automatic” entry to the Round of 8, the third-place driver would win a spot in the Round of 12, and so on. Denny Hamlin, a three-time Daytona 500 winner, reacted to Harvick’s idea by saying:

“Not terrible.”

Meanwhile, NASCAR prepares for this coming weekend’s race, which might just be the most thrilling event of the season. Fans can watch it live on NBC or listen to radio updates on MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio from 3 pm ET.
