The NASCAR Cup Series Playoff drivers were tasked to answer the most searched questions about them on the internet. Drivers such as Joey Logano and Kyle Larson took part in this segment and responded humorously to the questions.

The drivers who qualified for the playoffs are Joey Logano, Christopher Bell, Austin Cindric, Alex Bowman, Daniel Suarez, Tyler Reddick, Chase Elliott, Ryan Blaney, Kyle Larson, William Byron, Chase Briscoe, Ty Gibbs, Denny Hamlin, Brad Keselowski, Martin Truex Jr., and Harrison Burton.

Apart from Reddick and Burton, all the playoff drivers appeared in a video where they answered a variety of questions from fans.

Joey Logano was asked if he’s left-handed and Italian, and he responded by saying:

“That’s when the first thing comes up? Well, yes, I am left handed. Yes I am. I turn left for a living too it just works out."
“Yes I am, as well. Two things […] it’s a left-handed. I’m an Italian left-handed male. That’s who I am," he added.

Another ethnicity question was asked of Austin Cindric. Fans wanted to know whether the Team Penske driver is Croatian.

“My last name is of Eastern European descent, yes. I have some Croatian, some Hungarian, and some Polish. That’s where the last name comes from,” Cindric replied.

Fans were curious to know who the best friends of Chase Elliott and Brad Keselowski were. Elliott picked Ryan Blaney, who debuted in the Cup Series in the same year as him in 2016. Keselowski, meanwhile, picked his spotter TJ Majors as his best friend.

NASCAR Cup Series veterans Denny Hamlin and Martin Truex Jr. were asked about their retirement.

“I think there’s a lot of fans wondering when I’m going to get out of their hair. But I’m not going to retire. Not in the foreseeable future but certainly have less years than what I have on my hands,” Hamlin stated.
“I mean the last two years or so, it’s probably been asked a lot. The answer is yes, finally,” Truex Jr. confirmed.

NASCAR fans wanted to know some personal information about Ryan Blaney and Christopher Bell.

When Blaney was asked about his civil status, the No. 12 Ford driver said not yet. Although, he got engaged to his long-time girlfriend Gianna Tulio last December. He playfully called the fans "weirdos" for being interested in his marriage life.

As for Bell, the No. 20 Toyota driver named his parents Kathy and David Bell. He clarified that he's not related to the Bell helmet company or American racing driver Townsend Bell.

Chase Briscoe and Ty Gibbs answered questions related to the Joe Gibbs Racing NASCAR team.

Briscoe responded "yes" to a question of whether he's going to JGR. He then told the story about the day Bell accidentally leaked the news to the media.

Gibbs was asked whether he is related to team owner Joe Gibbs. He replied:

“Yeah, unfortunately […] Yeah, no, not unfortunately but that’s funny. It’s a good one. I call him coach. We’ve always called him coach, so. Everybody finds that like so like weird, you know. Like papa. I don’t say that.”

Daniel Suarez was asked whether he’s related to three-time F1 champion Max Verstappen.

“Yeah. I mean, we’re kind of related a little bit I guess,” Suarez told interviewers. “My wife Julia is sister with Kelly. They’ve been dating for a very long time. He’s a great guy.”

A similar question was asked to William Byron as NASCAR fans wanted to know whether the Hendrick Motorsports driver was related to British poet Lord Byron. He said "no" and found the question funny.

When Alex Bowman was asked if he was good, he responded with the number of wins he had in the NASCAR Cup Series. The Chevy driver won eight Cup Series races when this interview was released.

Finally, fans wanted to know if Kyle Larson is racing tonight.

“Not tonight,” Larson said. “No, that’s funny. I do race a lot. Yeah, I’ve got like a nice Excel sheet of like all the different races I could run and all that, so. I enjoy it like in the offseason, I definitely look at my calendar, like my Excel sheet calendar multiple times a day.”
