While vacationing in Italy with her family, Kyle Busch's wife, Samantha Busch, engaged with her Instagram followers through an "Ask away" session on social media. During this session, she shared her newfound appreciation for Italian cuisine, noting that she's picking up new cooking tips and flavors she plans to try out back home.

Kyle and Samantha Busch are currently taking a break from the NASCAR season, enjoying some downtime during the two-week Olympic break. The pause in the racing schedule has also allowed Samantha the opportunity to visit her father's hometown for the first time. Although their journey started on a rough note—with their daughter Lennix unable to sleep during the seven-hour flight, resulting in Samantha getting only an hour of rest—the couple has since been making the most of their Italian getaway.

In addition to exploring iconic Italian landmarks, including the Colosseum, the couple has been indulging in the local cuisine during their vacation. Samantha, particularly taken with the culinary styles she's encountered, plans to bring these Italian cooking techniques back home. In response to a fan's inquiry about the food, she shared her thoughts via an Instagram story, accompanied by a photo of a delicious Italian dish, writing:

"Absolutely amazing! Clean, fresh, simply prepared to let the actual flavors shine. l feel like in America we fry or cover everything in sauces here just a little olive oil and seasoning. I'm learning so much about cooking too I can't wait to bring home!"

Kyle and Samantha Busch had polar reactions to visiting the Path of the Gods hike in Italy

Samantha shared an Instagram story capturing the tiring hike, clearly out of breath as she led the way ahead of Kyle and their son, Brexton. In her video, she explained their adventurous choice:

"So you have two options when you do Path of the Gods hike- They'll either drop you off at the top and you meander down. Or if you're like me you choose the other route which is 1500 stairs [corrected in her further story to be 1800 stairs] up and then meander down. Last night after a bottle of wine stairs sounded like a really good option. At this hour it's iffy."

She later updated her followers, correcting the count to 1800 stairs. Kyle, on the other hand, didn’t share his wife's enthusiasm, especially after climbing up 1800 stairs. Visibly worn out, he quipped,

"Yeah, Path to the Gods! By the time I get there, I'll be dead."
