DeLana Harvick, wife of former NASCAR driver Kevin Harvick, recently shared a humorous insight into the making of a new promotional video featuring Kevin and their son Keelan. The father-son duo teamed up for the ad, highlighting their partnership with Hunt Brothers Pizza.
Harvick met his wife, DeLana, during a race weekend at Michigan International Speedway in 2000, and the couple married on February 28, 2001, just before Harvick's Cup Series debut. They have two children, Keelan Paul Harvick (born July 8, 2012) and Piper Grace Harvick (born December 28, 2017), with three dogs and two cats.
Recently, Keelan Harvick shared a post on X featuring him and his father, Kevin Harvick, striking funny poses and making playful movements during a photoshoot. Kevin’s wife, DeLana, reshared the post and added a lighthearted caption.
"I may need a few drinks to get through 2025… 🫣"
The promotional shoot comes after the former champion and his son announced their plans to compete in Super and Pro Late Models through a partnership with Rackley W.A.R. in 2025.
The 2014 NASCAR Cup Series champion, Harvick, stands among the sport's all-time greats. With over 800 Cup Series starts, he amassed 60 victories, including the iconic Daytona 500, and secured the 2020 regular-season title. Harvick also boasts two Xfinity Series championships, further cementing his legacy as one of motorsport’s most accomplished drivers.
Post-retirement, Harvick co-owns the zMAX CARS Tour with two-time Xfinity Series champion Dale Earnhardt Jr., focusing on elevating the grassroots racing series. Additionally, he hosts the Kevin Harvick's Happy Hour podcast, presented by FOX, where he shares insights on all things NASCAR.
"A game-changer for us": Rackley W.A.R. co-owner reflects on joining forces with Kevin Harvick for 2025
Following the announcement of Kevin Harvick's long-awaited return to the track, Rackley-Willie Allen Racing's (Rackley W.A.R.) co-owner Willie Allen shared his thoughts on bringing in the former Cup Series champion to his team. Allen believes that Harvick's presence will 'help elevate' their team to a higher level.
In an interview with Racing America, Allen said:
“Teaming up with Kevin Harvick is a game-changer for us at Rackley W.A.R. His experience as a champion driver and owner brings an incredible amount of knowledge that will help elevate our truck program to the next level. Having Keelan and Kevin join our Late Model team next season is just as exciting. We’re not just building a partnership—we’re building a future.”
Harvick's deal with Rackley W.A.R. also states that he will assume the role of a consultant for their 18-year-old ace driver Dawson Sutton, who is set to make his full-time debut in the Camping World Truck Series this year.
The Truck Series will resume action on Valentine's Day for the season opener, the Fresh From Florida 250 at Daytona International Speedway. Catch the race live on FOX Sports 1, MRN, and SiriusXM at 7:30 PM ET on February 14th.
