Former NASCAR driver Danica Patrick supported Tesla Motors CEO Elon Musk after the latter shared a series of clips on his social media labeled "the truth will set you free." Referring to him as an "inspiring" person, she mentioned that she seeks truth more than anything else.

Patrick, who has been politically active on social media lately, shared multiple celebratory posts after Donald Trump won the 2024 US Election. She recently reposted a tweet by Elon Musk, who has also been an active Republican supporter throughout this campaign.

He posted a video of Trump, including a compilation of his interviews. The gist of the post was of the POTUS claiming to be a true person even if he lost money or people disliked him. In the clips, he mentioned that he felt the need to be liked by other people and wanted to come out as true as possible. He captioned the video "the truth will set you free."

Danica Patrick supported the clip, reposting it and referring to Musk as an "inspiring" and "magnetic" person.

"I seek truth in this life more than anything. So grateful others do too and it helps when they have this level of influence on top of it. These are the people that are inspiring, magnetic, and change the world."

"Truth tastes so good": Danica Patrick's X post after The Republican's victory

As mentioned, Danica Patrick's social media has been filled with her support for Donald Trump and the Republican Party. She has been actively involved in the campaign throughout the year.

After the results were turned in yesterday, the AP called for Trump as the President, and Patrick made a cryptic post on social media. She wrote:

"Stayed awake pretty much all night just to make sure I didn’t wake up to the left cheating again. Truth tastes so good."

In another post, she wrote that her "work" would not be over till the citizens felt that this victory made them more "American" rather than "Republican."

"My work will not be done until I can say I love this country and have EVERYONE agree that this makes us American, not Republican."

Danica Patrick was one of the most active and well-known volunteers during Donald Trump's campaign. Apart from her social media support, she also gave speeches in support of him during the rally. Even though Trump was elected as president much earlier, the counting is still not complete. However, he has 295 electoral votes against 226 of Kamala Harris.

While Patrick might have been a little away from racing amid the campaign, she did post about the 2024 Formula 1 Brazilian Grand Prix earlier, mentioning that she would be present in Las Vegas and the season finale in Abu Dhabi. She works as an F1 presenter with Sky Sports.
