Bubba Wallace's wife, Amanda Carter, recently posted an update about her pregnancy on her Instagram story. The couple had announced the joyous news earlier this year.
Being the sole African-American driver in the NASCAR Cup Series, Wallace continues making waves on the racetrack with his racing craft. The 30-year-old delivered his best-ever Cup campaign last season, and continues his pursuit for more accolades in 2024.
Beyond the race track, Wallace has been making strides in his personal life. The 23XI Racing driver took to Instagram in April of this year to announce the pleasant news that he, and his wife Amanda, are expecting a baby. In a gender reveal ceremony that took place last month, it was revealed that the couple have a baby boy on the way.
Amanda has since taken to her social media handles to keep her followers posted about her pregnancy. Amanda, who tied the knot with Bubba Wallace on the 2023 New Year's Eve, shared another update via her Instagram story on June 16.
Capturing a selfie video of herself with her baby bump, Amanda wrote in the caption:
"I should take more pics of my bump."

Amanda Carter and Bubba Wallace, who had known each other since high school, started dating in 2016 after they reconnected during a college football game the previous year.
Wallace, who has won two Cup Series races in his career, popped the question to her girlfriend in 2021 before the couple completed the wedding nuptials a year later. The couple also have a pet together, an Australian shepherd-poodle named Asher.
How did Bubba Wallace and his wife Amanda react to the news of their pregnancy?
In April, the NASCAR driver took to Instagram to share the joyous news that he and his wife Amanda are expecting a baby. The announcement featured a series of photos, each with an ultrasound image prominently displayed, and a poetic caption that read:
"Spring has sprung. Summer will be rad. Fall is the first time, We’ll be mom and dad!"
Bubba Wallace then humorously posted that their baby is due around the same time as his birthday, writing on X (formerly known as Twitter):
"‘It would be the worst to have a baby on your birthday/birthday week,’ Me: 'well damn…okay' Coming…my birthday week🤣🤣🤣."
On May 25, Wallace and Amanda organised a one-of-a-kind gender reveal ceremony. They organized a treasure hunt involving 23 Easter eggs hidden around their home, with blue necklaces indicating a boy and pink ones signifying a girl. Bubba, dressed in blue, and Amanda, in pink, cracked open the eggs one by one.
Ultimately, the 12th blue necklace revealed they were expecting a baby boy in October of this year.
