Reigning Cup Series champion Ryan Blaney's wedding with Gianna Tulio is inching closer as the 2024 season nears its conclusion. The bride-to-be was recently seen celebrating with her closest friend as she prepares for an exciting new chapter in her life.
Blaney and Tulio began their relationship in 2020. Since then, Tulio has been a constant presence in the Team Penske garage, cheering on the NASCAR racer. After winning the 2023 Cup Series championship, Blaney proposed to Tulio during their trip to Washington DC, in December. The couple even captured the special moment in a photograph.
The couple have decided to tie the knot on December 12, 2024, just after the conclusion of the Cup Series season and before the start of the holiday season. With only a few months to go until their wedding day, Tulio decided to spend some quality time with her closest friend.
Amy, Tulio's best friend and vlogger, has shared pictures with the latter on Instagram. Here's a look at the post, captioned:
"SOOOO much love for this beautiful bride to be 🫶"
Apart from being with her friends, Tulio joined Blaney to meet Amanda and Bubba Wallace at the latter's residence. The couple went to congratulate the new parents and meet the youngest member of the family, Becks Hayden.
Tulio also shared a collage of both her and Blaney holding little Becks on her Instagram story, along with the caption:
"We met the precious Becks last week & I'm in so love with him. He's PERFECT."
"Life with you is so special" - Ryan Blaney's girlfriend Gianna Tulio shares special moments from Bristol Motor Speedway
Ryan Blaney was set to start the Bass Pro Shops Night Race held on September 21st in 22nd position. His girlfriend Gianna Tulio was alongside him in the pit lane, ahead of the race start.
The couple spent some quality time, which seemingly cheered the #12 Team Penske driver ahead of the fireworks and national anthem. Tulio shared pictures of the special moments, highlighted by the setting sun on her Instagram page. Here's a look at the post, captioned:
"Life with you is so special ✨"
Despite a lowly P22 start at Bristol Motor Speedway, Blaney and his #12 team kept their heads down throughout the race. With well-managed pit stops and good strategy calls, Blaney gained 11 places in Stage 1 and two more in Stage 2.
The Ohio-based racer was eventually able to finish the night race in sixth position, gaining 16 positions from the race start. This made him one of the top gainers in the Top 10s, with Bubba Wallace and Chase Elliott tied in second (both gained eight places since the start).
As of now, the reigning Cup Series champion is placed sixth in the driver's championship. Blaney is 49 points behind the leader William Byron.
