Danica Patrick is considered one of the most successful women in motorsports. The former NASCAR driver broke records and barriers in the male-dominated sport throughout her career. By winning the 2008 Indy Japan 300, Patrick became the only woman to win a race in the history of the IndyCar Series.

Patrick made her debut in open-wheel racing for Rahal Letterman Racing in 2005 and became the first woman to claim a top-5 finish at her first historic Indy 500 race. Following a noteworthy performance, Patrick raced full-time for Stewart-Haas Racing for almost five years in the NASCAR Cup Series.

The house includes a wine cellar that can hold up to 1,000 bottles which attracted Patrick's passion for winemaking. Her residence also includes a gym and an outdoor pool.
