Kyle Larson and his Hendrick Motorsports teammates recently participated in a fun game organized by the team. Larson and his teammates had to identify some quirky and "weird" tweets made by the four of them before their rise to fame in NASCAR.

Larson, worth $12 million (as per Celebrity Net Worth), was the first among HMS drivers. He had to guess which teammate made an old tweet about tacos: "All of the tacos are equally appreciated!" posted in September 2018 after the Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway.

Initially thinking he might have made the tweet himself, he later guessed Alex Bowman, who was the original author.

"All of the tacos are equally appreciated!" Kyle Larson read, and later added, "I feel like this me or Alex I guess."

William Byron was up next and had to guess who made the quote in late 2019: "Bad nicknames are the best nicknames." The #24 Chevy driver first guessed Larson but later realized it was Bowman. The story dates back to the 2019 NASCAR playoffs when Bowman had given Byron the nickname "Slick Bill Byron."

"Bad nicknames are the best nicknames," William Byron said before adding, "Kyle?.. Alex okay"

When it was Alex Bowman's turn, he was given a cryptic tweet from January 2015: "The cat always catches the bird." The #48 Chevy driver immediately suspected it was Chase Elliott, given the mystic tone of the tweet. However, he was shocked to learn that William Byron made the tweet, later describing him as a weirdo.

"The cat always catches the bird," Bowman read and replied, "Very mystic Mr. Chase Elliott? Wrong!!... William Byron, what a weirdo."

Bowman took the next question, featuring the oldest tweet of the game, dated October 2011, which read, "Is iOS 5 out?". The #48 Chevy driver initially guessed either William Byron or Chase Elliott but used simple intuition to narrow down his options, ultimately choosing Elliott as the correct answer.

"Is iOS 5 out?" Bowman said. "It's William or Chase... Chase because the last one was William."

Kyle Larson and Alex Bowman share hearty moments ahead of playoffs

During the NASCAR Playoffs media day at Charlotte, Alex Bowman surprised Kyle Larson with an old photo from his junior sprint car days, when he was earning the nickname "Yung Money".

Bowman playfully scribbled a small mustache over young Larson's face in the photo and presented it to the #5 Chevy driver, who was busy with his photoshoot and media appearances. A surprised Larson looked at the photo and asked:

"Where did you find this this? You gotta frame this though."

Bowman jokingly replied that he was going to sell it on eBay and asked him to personalize it.

"Personalize it. I wanna sell it on eBay," Bowman replied.

The 2021 NASCAR Cup champion wrote, 'To my biggest fan, Alex' and signed it on the top left corner. Watch the hearty interaction between the two Hendrick Motorsports teammates in the below video:

Both Kyle Larson and Alex Bowman are in contention for the championship this season. Larson enters the playoffs as the #1 seed with 40 bonus points, while Bowman is the #12 seed with 5 bonus points.
