The drivers of the NASCAR Cup Series are scheduled to be at the 2.28-mile-long road course on Sunday, October 13 as the action at the season’s sixth playoff racing weekend continues at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

In Saturday’s (October 12) Cup Series qualifying, Shane van Gisbergen claimed his first Cup Series pole of the season to lead the 38-driver field to the green flag at Charlotte Roval.

AJ Allmendinger, who won last year’s Bank of America ROVAL 400, will look to win again this weekend.
