"It's results are best when heat is applied" - Zane Smith's wife McCall shares her sauna secret for stress relief and better sleep

Zane Smith's wife McCall Smith recently took to social media to share her sauna secrets, which could be beneficial on multiple fronts, including better sleep and stress relief. Mrs Smith is quite active on social media and often shares advice for her fans.

For the unversed, McCall and Zane Smith got married in January this year. They have been in a relationship for a long time and were teenage sweethearts.

McCall was born to a racing family — to Dwayne and Kristin Gaulding. Her father is the Vice President of Operations at NTS Motorsports, and her brother, Gray Gaulding, is a former NASCAR driver. She also has a younger sister named Kennedy Goulding.

McCall Smith took to her official Instagram account to share her sauna secrets. She shared a couple of stories where she jotted down the methods of using a sauna at its best.

"165 degrees for 40 minutes is my new best! Maybe I need to start posting when I sauna to hold myself accountable," Mrs Smith wrote. "Something I recently started doing in the sauna is wrapping my stomach with castor oil on it, and in my belly button (they say to put in belly button)."

"Casting oil on stomach/belly button claims to help sleep, reduce bloating, reduce stress, help digestion, help detoxify your body and so many other things," she added. "It's results are best when heat is applied, so I figured to wrap it and start doing it when I sauna!"

Thanks to her driver husband, McCall Smith, is a renowned name in NASCAR paddocks. She often accompanies the Spire Motorsports driver at the racetrack on race weekends.

Zane Smith's wife dreamt of her husband's Cup Series victory

McCall Smith recently dreamt of her husband winning a race in the NASCAR Cup Series. Sharing her dream on social media, she wrote that she was hopeful of it becoming a reality someday.

McCall took to X to share her dream with the fans. She wrote:

"Had a dream last night that Zane won his first cup race! Hopefully, someday that dream can become reality. Can you tell I’m already missing NASCAR? LOL"

In his short NASCAR Cup Series career, Zane Smith registered 33 races in three years. His best performances were five Top 10s. He does not boast a fascinating Xfinity Series career as well with eight Top 10s in 12 races in three years.

The 25-year-old took part in 97 races in over six races, where he claimed nine victories, three pole positions, and 61 Top 10s. Zane's 2024 Cup Series statistics consist of two Top 5s and four Top 10s.

Zane Smith led six laps in 2024 and faced five DNFs. His average start position was 26.083 and his average finish position was 23.194.
